Community Gallery Reception: Beth Stinson

Community Gallery Reception: Beth Stinson celebrates the opening of *Botanical Alchemy*, an exhibition exploring the relationship between science, nature, chance, and artistic transformation. Beth Stinson’s “echo printing” process uses plant materials and organic dyes to create impressions on paper, which she further develops with watercolor and ink.

The resulting works bring together the fleeting qualities of nature and the lasting character of art, using layered, atmospheric images to reflect on transformation, impermanence, light, color, time, and chemistry. The exhibition remains on view beyond the reception.
