Exhibition | Even Our Oddkin

Sat, Oct 31, 2026 – Sat, Dec 5, 2026at 11:00 AM
7700 Osler Drive, Towson, MD
Free

Even Our Oddkin is an exhibition about the interconnected lives of humans and the many other beings, materials, technologies, and systems that shape the world around us. The participating artists consider animals, plants, microbes, machines, weather, chemicals, and infrastructure as active presences rather than background to human life. Their work treats nature as something entangled with technology, politics, industry, and daily experience, challenging the boundaries between natural and cultural, organic and manufactured, human and machine.

The exhibition asks visitors to reconsider kinship and imagine how we might live more attentively within a world that includes even its strangest and most unfamiliar neighbors. It is guest curated by Lynn Tomlinson and Danielle d’Amico of Towson University’s Department of Electronic Media & Film.
