Sunday Merries: Improv for Mental Health!
Sunday Merries is a free, in-person improv and mindfulness session focused on laughter, movement, and mental-health support. Designed especially for women with ADHD, the drop-in gathering is also open to anyone with a busy brain. Participants are invited to release stress, reconnect with their bodies, and begin the week with more ease through playful improv, embodied mindfulness, and nervous-system-informed practices.
The session is led by Emily Iannuzzelli, founder of Embodied Comedy. Drawing on her experience in improv comedy, nervous system theory, somatic experiencing, nonlinear movement, and living with ADHD, she uses play and creativity to help participants build resilience, ease anxiety, and rediscover joy.
